		<description>Check to make sure there are no &#039;dead legs&#039; in the system. Sometimes old pipework is left in the system still connected but not of any use. If there is and it is not supported properly this can cause a knocking sound.</description>

		<description>This could be delayed ignition of the burners but a good technician wont let that go without repairing.
Could also be the flame popping back into one of the burners which can be repaired by cleaning, adjusting or replacing.
The technician should have told you exactly what is causing this if its nothing to worry about.
I think you ended up with a tech that wasn&#039;t sure of how to take care of that problem.
Get another technician out to look at.</description>

		<description>Its the expansion and contraction of metal parts as it warms or cools. no big deal. Don&#039;t like it, spend more money on a better unit.</description>
