central heating

We just bought our first flat in London – one bedroom, lounge, kitchen, hall, bath – and it does not have central heating. Thought I could last the winter but its not looking like we can. Any idea on a general cost? We do have an existing gas supply. No room for a hot water tank, so looking at combination boiler. Thanks.

Up north a good combi ( Worcester 28KW Greenstar Junior) and 5 rads around £ 3,200.00 London well I would expect it to be £500 more.

    Good luck

Get three estimates and try to get some one that comes recommended.
Remember you must by law use a CORGI registered installer and one that is energy efficiency registered he then can register the installation with CORGI. You will then be given a certificate that you will require when you sell your flat.

If your unsure about an installer then ask to see his registration card or ring Corgi on 0870 401 2300
