I am running new wiring in my home and was wondering if my natural gas boiler and natural gas hot water heater need to be on separate circuits? Also should I put each bedroom on its own circuit? How many outlets should go on each circuit?

I live in a studio apartment by myself and only need hot water in the mornings to shower. Do i save a significant amount of gas by just turning it on in the morning, taking a shower, and turning it off? Its a bit of a hassle, but if it saves money and gas i think its worth it. I have a combi 80 boiler and it can be really noisey when on, has low pressure and cannot always get continues hot water out of the taps. just wondering if there was any advice about how to sort this? when off there is no pressure showing on the gauge, tried filling loop. hot water takes ages to come through... - How bad is running the A/C for the environment / energy efficiency?
I’ve decided to turn off the A/C in my 2 bedroom apt and stick with fans, hoping to conserve energy. But if I am running 3 fans (+ 1 ceiling fan) on high 24/7 is it still better than powering the central air? So, running 4 fans 24/7 is still using less electricity than my A/C?...

Your boiler pump is usually on it’s own circuit.
Your gas water heater doesn’t usually require power, unless you have a circulating pump. that pump can usually go on another outlet circuit.
Check with your local building codes as they vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
