Air intake restricted Exhaust restricted. Fan not operating correctly. Flame sensor out of position. Even a fault with the electronics. Don't fiddle with it if is only 6 months old.. Still under warranty.. If you are not happy with the repair ask for it to be replaced. if they don't...contact consumer rights Could be any number of things.
